  2. Include your account email and reason for cancellation (optional, helps us improve)
  3. We'll process your refund within 5-10 business days

After the 90-Day Period

After 90 days, all plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard settings. When you cancel:

  • Your account remains active until the end of your current billing period
  • No future charges will be made
  • You retain access to all data and exports
