Summit Partners LLC ("Summit," "we," "us") operates the Summit platform, including calculator widgets deployed on client websites and custom domains. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

From End Users (Homeowners)
Contact information: Name, email, phone number (via lead capture form)
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
4. Data Sharing
We share personal information only with:
Service Providers (Clients): Lead data is shared with the business whose calculator the end user interacted with
Stripe: Payment processing (PCI DSS compliant)
Twilio: SMS delivery for lead notifications
Supabase: Database hosting and authentication (SOC 2 compliant)
Mapbox: Satellite imagery for area measurement
Vercel: Website hosting
5. Data Retention
Lead data is retained for the duration of the Client's subscription plus 30 days. Upon account termination, Clients may export their data. Data is permanently deleted 90 days after account closure unless retention is required by law.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
TLS encryption for all data in transit
Row-Level Security (RLS) in our database ensuring tenant isolation
Supabase Auth for session management
Stripe-handled payment data (we never store card numbers)
Regular security audits and dependency updates
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Opt out of marketing communications

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics data is collected anonymously via server-side metrics.
